The flaw in the capitalist system
Capitalism is a system which is determined by supply and demand and competition is what, so the theory goes, is for the public good effect, as only the best can prevail. These basic principles but work today but no longer: even the demand is artificially increased through advertising and other deceptive sales strategies, the offer by giant monopolies and no-name brands and real distorted enormously. Since the consumer judge the true quality of the product difficult or afford the product can not, the focus falls on the price.
This compares to profit and greed of the entrepreneur, which are essential for survival in the marketplace. To always be larger and thus generate more profit, moral, ethical principles and make an obstacle for the fastest possible success. So play fair payment, employment protection, reasonable working hours, a very low pollution, and a production in harmony with nature, but also addressed in an ethical manner and of course the quality of the product to the profit of a subordinate role. In addition, the profits with the employer, in a lesser degree but not equal the creative part, benefited.
In global capitalism, this has disastrous consequences: child labor, exploitation, pollution and all the other ugly side of capitalism seem far away and / or by the media, which are also big business disguised. These problems are ignored by politicians, since they are funded by the economy and want to bring their country forward.
If the individual does and wants to make a difference, this will be ridiculed by society and is usually only a drop in the ocean, because the fault lies in the capitalist system and can be resolved only by its overthrow. Finally, the trade of goods for the benefit of all and not individual run.
